How it Works

Our Service provides a platform for you to place Contextual Backlinks on a multitude of Niche Blogs and Websites. Each of these Contextual Backlinks is created within a high quality, Niche Categorized Unique Article (which you can provide or we’ll write for you), and then posted to our one of our Niche blogs to sit upon it’s homepage, permanently!

That’s not all though – All Members at Contextual Backlink Can monitor the links that they’ve created on our network live (with full reporting!), can create separate campaigns to manage their Backlink Strategies, and can utilise our Link Balancing service to further improve their rankings and second tier linking!

Let me take you through step by step how the service works

1. Create a Project

First of all, you’ll probably want to create a new project – This isn’t essential by any means, but more a ‘good practise’ to help you organize the backlinks you post, and for monitoring in the future.

To Create a Project, visit the ‘Add Project’ page in the ‘Members Area’, and fill in the details for your project -

• Project Title

• Project Description

  (Optional – For Your Own Reference)

• Project Target URL for the Project

  – Again this is Optional – it can be used with our Link Balancing Services, or just for your Own Reference

• Anchor Text

  – To go with your Target URL for the Project (Optional)

2. Create a Post

‘Posts’ are what we call the Articles posted to our Blog Network with your Contextual Backlinks. We’re very strict on the quality level of the Posts we’ll accept for Publishing on our Blog Network, and only take the highest possible calibre unique writing, which is factually accurate and Niche Relevant. We do this to ensure that our Niche Network remains highly relevant to search engines, and so that the sites themselves gain Authority from the content they hold.

To help provide all of our Members with Articles of the required standard, Contextual Backlink also offers a content provision service, with a team of highly qualified writers ready to provide the highest quality Articles at very reasonable prices! Our standard Memberships all have a ‘PLUS’ upgrade available, which includes all the writing of the articles too!

To Create a Post, visit the ‘Add Post’ page in the ‘Members Area’, and complete the details as required:

• Post Title

  – The Title of your article – Between 3 and 10 words

• Post Project

  – Choose an Existing Project to file your Post under (Optional)

• Niche Category

  – Decide upon a Niche Category for your Post and Contextual Backlink – this will indicate the type of Niche Blog your Post is sent to, so choose wisely!

• Need Writing?

  – This is where you decide if you’d like to Write the Article Yourself, or have our Team write it for you (This option only appears if you have chosen a Membership with Writing Tokens and have some available)

• Content

  – If you’ve chosen to Write the Post Yourself, you’ll now see the ‘Content’ Box – this is used for the body text of your Contextual Post, and is where you’ll need to place your Contextual Backlinks. You’re free to include Rich Text, Images and Video embeds too!



Contextual Backlink Link Balancing

• Link for your Article

  – If you do Need Writing, you’ll see this box and the next two instead of the ‘Content’ Box. This is where you’ll add the target link for your Post, for our writers to use in your Article. This should either be your main website itself, or another high quality page pointing directly at your main website.

• Anchor Text for your Article

  – Again if you’ve chosen that Our Writing Team should Create your Article, you’ll see this box. This is where you choose the ‘Contextual Backlink’ itself – the ‘Anchor Text’ which will show as your link – for example – if to learn more about the Posts we’ll accept at Contextual Backlink you should visit the Acceptable Usage Guide page for information.

• Negative Details

  – The Final piece of information that our Writers need to construct your Post. If there are any details that you’d like our Writing Team to avoid, simply add it to this box and we’ll make sure it’s not included! This can include website references, keywords and phrases.

• Keywords

  – You can add up to 5 Keywords or Tags to be added with your Post – again this is Optional but recommended!

3. Members Area

This is the main page for Members, and is where you’ll usually arrive once you log in. The Members Area includes details for all the Posts, Projects and Link Balancing you’ve created and performed with Contextual Backlink, and lets Members perform various functions with the data.

It’s a tabbed area, with the First called ‘Your Posts’.
Here you’ll find all the Posts you’ve created for the network, details of their current status (Published, Pending or Declined), and information on the links that have been created.

The Second Tab is called ‘Your Projects’, and lists details on all the projects you’ve created, plus their attached Posts.

The Final Tab is called ‘Your Link Balancing’, and includes information on all of the Link Balancing Campaigns you’ve initiated, plus reporting of all the Backlinks they’ve created.

Within the Members Area, you’re able to export reports on all of the Backlinking and Posts you’ve created with all the services, in either text, excel or csv format.

How Does the Service Work

• Create and Submit A Post
• Our Team of editors/proofreaders will check it, and either Approve or Decline it
• If Approved, your Post will be Added to the Drip Feed Queue for Submission to the Network
• Once Added to the Network, We’ll create additional Backlinks to your Post until it’s properly Indexed by Search Engines
• We’ll report the Posts Backlink to you in your Members Area so you can check it yourself!
• You can then use the Link Balancing Services to further Promote the Post, and bring additional Link Juice to your Target Website!
